P90X Day Sixty Six
Biceps, back and ab ripper..went ok. I'm tired though.

P90X Day Sixty three and sixty four and Sixty Five
Day 63 is a day of rest. Day 64 was chest, shoulders, triceps and it was hard and I'm so sore. Today was Plyometrics day sixty five. It was hard work.

Kenpo..it's been better. I made it through. But I was extremely tired.

Yesterday was yoga and it went wonderfully. Today was legs and back it went miserably.

P90X Day 57, 58, 59
Day 57 Chest and Back and Ab Ripper..went by fast.
Day 58 Plyometrics left my knee very sore..woke up with sore knees.
Day 59 Shoulders, Arms and Ab Ripper..hard on my shoulders..sore. Lifted heavier and lighter weights.
Day 58 Plyometrics left my knee very sore..woke up with sore knees.

Day 53 Stretch X, Day 54 Core Synergestics, Day 55 Yoga. Day 56 Rest
